Welcome to NYC! There are many crucial logistic and staffing needs for the upcoming historic Rise Up October march and rally—and organizers are calling for volunteers to step forward. There is also a great need for people to be part of teams to get Revolution newspaper out very broadly among the crowds—to connect them with the movement for revolution and introduce them to Bob Avakian—and ask for donations/contributions.
We urge you to volunteer.
- There are urgent needs to get prepared and ready for the 24th, and we are requesting all those who can to help out from 6:30-9:30 p.m. on Friday, October 23. Please call 929-249-7996 to confirm, and we will direct you.
- Please come to the orientation meeting at 9 a.m., Saturday morning, at Judson Memorial Church, 55 Washington Square South (trains: A, C, E, D, F, M to West 4th). This is across the street from the park where the Rally and March will commence on the 24th.
