UC Berkeley: Which side are you on my people? The freedom side!

On July 11, a multi-national crowd of hundreds of students, faculty and staff gathered on Sproul Plaza. The event was organized by the Black Student Union, to mourn “our brothers and sisters...executed by police terrorism,” and denounce the deeply-rooted, unrelenting assault on Black people. The sense in the crowd: this is a very big moment that requires more from us, with what to do an open question for many, in a good way.
