Struggle has arisen in the movement over how to meet them. Will the movement rise to these challenges? Or will it become a residue of the past? The new manifesto sharply contrasts the contending roads, the direction and implications of each, and puts forward a line that can lead to a revolutionary future. We'll focus on the second half (Parts IV-VII).
