EMERGENCY MOBILIZATION TO STOP THE EXECUTION OF MUMIA

Organizations working together in the movement to stop Mumia's execution have issued the following call:

If there is no stay of execution by Nov. 27, people from around the world should descend on Philadelphia on that day, shut down business as usual in the city and remain there until a stay is issued. Bring sleeping bags, tents, warm clothing, etc. Between now and whenever a stay is issued (and beyond!) people should continue to take action to demand a stay of execution and an evidentiary hearing. A national day of civil disobedience is being planned.
