I think that collaboration is the tool exploited for producing this type of commodity or activity. So, one side may feel like the rightful owner of this property ownership illusion. One or the other or both could even become disillusioned with this break from reality. The healthy, nonwarmongering response would be to take responsibility but as stated by BA in tautological framework, the US can only play a victim. US hegemony and fascist creep equals war mongering.
