1. We understand: The system of capitalism-imperialism is the problem we face. It is the source of all the outrages and madness people are subjected to here and all over the world.
And it threatens the existence of humanity in how it’s destroying the environment and from the danger of war between nuclear-armed imperialists.
This system can’t be reformed, it must be overthrown.
2. We Need and We Demand: A Whole New Way to Live, A Fundamentally Different System:
A new society, and ultimately a world, free from all forms of slavery, exploitation and oppression based on class, race, sex, and gender, all relations in which one part of humanity is subordinated to and dominated by others.
This new system will be based on the Constitution for the New Socialist Republic in North America, written by the revolutionary leader, Bob Avakian.
3. We are working urgently for revolution because we are living in a Rare Time when revolution has become more possible.
The rulers of this country are deeply divided on how to run their system, in a way they have not been since the Civil War in the 1860s. Everything is very likely coming to a head this year, 2024, with the election a sharp focus of the fight between the ruling parties, with the potential to break all out of the bounds of the normal way this system is ruled, including the possibility of armed clashes between different sections of the ruling class.
In such an all-out crisis, as the whole direction of society is called into question, and coming up for grabs, millions would be thrust into motion and seeking solutions. The fascist MAGA-Republicans, and the war criminal Democrats (and other forces) will work to lead people in different directions—to newfound depths of fascist insanity, or to restore the “normal” of this monstrous system.
In this situation, the forces organized for an actual revolution would need to be led to wage a powerful struggle to determine the whole direction of things. With thousands organized into the ranks of the revolution, millions can be won to revolution; and with millions won to revolution, there could be a real possibility for this revolution to win.
4. We follow, spread, and fight for the leadership of Bob Avakian.
Our greatest strength in preparing for an emancipating revolution is the LEADERSHIP of Bob Avakian (BA).
