This week we are trying something new—two new things, really.

First, reproduce the leaflet on donating to the proclamation and take it with you wherever you are distributing or posting

WE ARE WORKING FOR A REAL REVOLUTION AND A WHOLE NEW, EMANCIPATING WAY TO LIVE

When proclamations are posted, put up the fundraising leaflet too. If someone takes one of the proclamation broadsheets, get them one of these fundraising leaflets as well. If they want to talk, then not only get them the fundraising leaflet, but get their ideas and work together on where and how to get it out and how to go about raising funds.

If a team is going out, then make sure that one person is totally focused on fundraising. Set goals—fundraising is not only vitally important in and of itself, it is a good metric (or measurement) of how we are impacting. Sum up lessons and improve. Figure out ways to involve people.

Second, take this fundraising letter from Sunsara Taylor raising money for the "'Woke' Lunacy vs. Real Revolution" speaking tour, duplicate it, and go to universities, community colleges, and so on that are still in session… go to bookstores… go to programs addressing critical issues or artistic events that are dealing with important questions… and get this out and spread the word about The RNL—Revolution, Nothing Less!—Show special showing on May 26 of Sunsara Taylor’s May 24 speech at UCLA. Raise money utilizing her letter. (And get them to subscribe to the show on the spot so they’ll be sure to be notified about every episode of the weekly RNL Show.)

Remember: fundraising is not an optional accessory—this revolution ultimately requires the support of millions, and that support must begin to be built and organized now. Plus, to get revolution on the map this year requires significant funds. For these reasons and more, fundraising is integral to making revolution.
