Over the weekend of November 28-December 1, the struggle to stop the genocide in Palestine continued in cities across the U.S. and worldwide. The New York City Macy’s Thanksgiving parade witnessed an inspiring disruption, and the news of the protest hit the airwaves around the world. Major cities like Stockholm, Sarajevo, London and Madrid, Barcelona and Seville in Spain witnessed large-scale rallies with participants condemning Israeli actions and their governments’ complicity. Here are just a few of the pictures of New York City and other protests in the U.S. and internationally. While these protests matter, they are not enough. The whole world should be rising to demand an END to the U.S.-backed Israeli genocide of the Palestinian people.
