The National Tour to Get Organized for an ACTUAL Revolution is on the ground and on the internet working to transform the entire political situation—in every corner of society—bringing forward the organized forces for revolution and changing what people see as necessary, possible and worth fighting for. Now anchored in Los Angeles, volunteers have come from across the country to dedicate themselves full time to this mission. To make any of this possible requires your financial support... and support from all those who want to see a better world. Here is just some of what your support is needed for:
At such a time, what is most urgently needed is a revolutionary people, a force of revolutionaries determined to bring a whole different future, a force that can change what masses of people accept as necessary and see as possible. This is what makes all the difference as to whether a future fit for humanity—or perhaps any future at all—can be wrenched from the horror that we witness around us, deepening every day.
Yes, the current polarization of public opinion is terrible. But within that—and within the contradictions of this current situation that now manifest so negatively—there is the possibility to REpolarize things, by bringing forward a revolutionary people, ultimately in their millions.
It is this revolutionary people that is called for in the extremely important new talk by Bob Avakian, Something Terrible, Or Something Truly Emancipating: Profound Crisis, Deepening Divisions, The Looming Possibility Of Civil War—And The Revolution That Is Urgently Needed, A Necessary Foundation, A Basic Roadmap For This Revolution. Two: The RNL—Revolution, Nothing Less!—Show will be hosting a special 100th episode on May 5th. This show has blossomed in its two years as a powerful and attractive voice for the new communism. But the audience urgently needs to grow, and this 100th anniversary show will represent an important effort in that direction.
And, to add yet a third reason for your support to this list, members of this Tour—including Sunsara Taylor—have played an important role in the initiative to STOP the Supreme Court from wiping out the right to abortion later this Spring.
