A year and a half ago, the fascist-packed Supreme Court overturned the federal right to abortion. Overnight, women were subordinated to being second-class citizens with millions facing the danger of being forced by the state to bear a child against their will, shattering their lives and dreams.

Without the right to abortion—without the right to decide when and whether to have a child—women cannot be free. Forced motherhood = female enslavement!

But the fascists won't stop there. MAGA fascist Trump is leading a movement of millions of armed Christian theocrats itching for a federal ban on abortion. Fascists all throughout the judiciary and legislature are willing to shred the rule of law to prevent women from accessing abortion, and potentially birth control. Women are being criminalized for abortions, and even miscarriages... with the danger of doctors—and all those who “aid and abet” women—facing years in prison. The enslavement of women is central to their overall white-supremacist, anti-LGBTQ, immigrant hating and anti-science agenda... an agenda they are ready to enforce through open violence and terror.

In the face of this, “Genocide” Joe Biden and the war criminal Democrats are trying to line you up behind the BEB—Bourgeois Electoral Bullshit—with some go-slow 40-year electoral plan to “claw back” abortion rights. Their current state-by-state electoral strategy is delusional and worse. It will once again sacrifice the lives of women to trying to rescue a system with patriarchal oppression woven into its every fiber. 

The Democrats are begging you to funnel your time, energy and funds into electing them as a way to “rescue America.”

But what are you rescuing?! The “normal” operation of this system of capitalism-imperialism means climate devastation, white supremacy, mass migration, war, hunger and over 160 million children around the world laboring in dangerous and cruel conditions. For women, the “normal” of this system means a lifetime of sexual assault and degradation... It means facing the danger of rape and violence, often from your most intimate partner... it means being catcalled, taunted, objectified... and for too many women, objectifying yourself. The “normal” of this system means that millions of women slave in sweatshop exploitation to produce the world's clothes, phones and trinkets. And now, it means millions of women being turned into incubators and breeders.

The “normal” of this unreformable system is an insanity that no one should tolerate for one more day. 

Fuck that! We can't waste time that we don't have trying to rescue this nightmare of a system. We need to overthrow this system—to make a revolution for a whole new way to live and a fundamentally different system. 

Many people look at this and say, “sounds good, but that can't happen, the system is too powerful.” But that's wrong. This system is powerful, but it's not all-powerful. And the ruling powers are sharply and deeply divided in a way they haven't been for over 150 years. This can, and will, make the millions we need sit up and take notice during the great storms of 2024. It will break people out of the helplessness and hopelessness of passively observing a nightmare unfold... it will challenge the sense of dread that people have about the future... go up against all the cynical individualism of “do for self”... and struggle with them to raise their sights to the interests of humanity... and the need, possibility—and determination to fight for—a whole different way the world can be.
