We're one week away from Giving Tuesday, where we aim to raise $25,000 to get @BobAvakianOfficial reaching millions.
Over this holiday, families and friends are going to be discussing what is going on, what it means, and what's needed. As we head towards Giving Tuesday itself (the Tuesday after Thanksgiving), people are going to be inundated with online requests to donate: to charities, mutual aid, and various organizations determined to fight fascism. Much of this is fine, and can contribute, but it cannot and will not get to the heart of what's needed.
In his social media messages, the revolutionary leader Bob Avakian is providing the leadership people need at a turning point in history.
He speaks to the fact that:
Things must no longer remain, and continue to be confined, on the terms and within the limits of this system and its ruling class.
It is time to look seriously for solutions outside and beyond this system.
It is time for a revolution to overthrow and uproot this whole system and bring into being a fundamentally different and much better system.
He digs seriously into why this is so, how this revolution is possible, and how to work for this now. Use this fundraising letter to reach out to people you know—and people you don't know!
Impacting all of society with Bob Avakian's voice and leadership through this campaign is essential if people are going to understand the nature of the system that has given rise to this fascism, why the Democrats—themselves a party that is representing this system of capitalism-imperialism—cannot fight the fascism the way it needs to be fought, and what all those who care about the future need to do now.
These are the questions that millions need to be engaging and debating. But reaching a mass scale quickly requires funds.

** Check out these creative efforts from people across the country to spread Bob Avakian's voice, and put out directly the need for funds to spread this. Over this next week, with people out shopping, going to movies or walking around—these are great ideas to learn from and take up where you are. With a fascist regime making clear that they intend to enforce anti-scientific lunacy, now would be an important time to reach out to hospitals and medical workers, lawyers and scientists. Again, there is great urgency in people hearing the clarity and revolutionary determination in Bob Avakian's social media messages—and it matters that they be given a way to spread this to others. ** This is a new ad we're going to be running this week (one version is aimed at getting donations, and the second is aimed at getting people to sign up to join the Campaign). Your donation of $75 will get this in front of 3,500 people daily with about 100 people clicking to learn more, going to BA's profile or clicking to view more about the campaign. A donation of $1,000 will get this in front of about 50,000 people with more than 1,000 people clicking through to learn more.
** On Giving Tuesday itself, plan for a big push online, phone calling and being out on the ground. Get your email lists and DM's together for a big push.
