On Thursday night, March 28, while American-made bombs rained down on the people of Gaza, “Genocide Joe” Biden held a major fundraiser at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. More than 5,000 people attended, and they raised more than $25 million—the most funds raised at any presidential fundraiser. Not only was this attended by war criminals Barack Obama and Bill Clinton, but a bunch of celebrities spoke and performed.
Despite the attempts to project unity and stability, the event was repeatedly disrupted by people crying out: “You have blood on your hands!” “Shame on you Joe Biden, you are funding genocide in Palestine,” “Stop arming Israel,” and a sharp rebuke to the audience, “You are complicit in genocide!”
Two banners were unfurled from the mezzanine: “Stop Arming Israel” and “Let Gaza Live.”
The protest was organized by a coalition of groups, including Jewish Voice for Peace, Adalah Justice Project and more. According to their Instagram post, “Despite efforts by Biden staffers to keep protesters away, including refusing entry to multiple rabbis, Palestinian youth, descendants of Holocaust survivors, former Democratic staffers, and climate activists, our opposition to his aiding in Israel’s genocide was loud and powerful.”
While this was happening inside, hundreds more people rallied outside, including a contingent of revcoms.

In addition to the ugly hypocrisy of these American war criminals, a special Bootlicking Hall of Shame award goes to Cynthia Erivo, Queen Latifah, Lizzo, Lea Michele, Ben Platt, Mindy Kaling, Annie Liebovitz and Stephen Colbert—adding glitz and glamour to the blood-soaked affair. This was grotesque support and complicity. As the protesters said when they were being dragged out, “The blood is on your hands!”
